Your employee is given the right to purchase shares in your company (the employing company) in the future (an option) at a price set at the date of grant (the exercise price). Your employee then gains when the value of the shares rises above the exercise price. The Enterprise Management Incentive is designed for use by smaller companies.

Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme Tax Effects

You can set the exercise price, at your own discretion. As long as the exercise price is set either at or above fair market value at the date of grant, there is no income tax or national insurance payable, on either the grant or on exercise of the option. The individual will be liable for capital gains tax on the profit when the shares acquired through exercise of the option are sold.

If however, at the date of grant, you set the exercise price below fair market value, income tax will be payable at exercise equal to the difference between the exercise price and fair market value. The remainder of the gain is then subject to capital gains tax, which, as long as the relevant qualifying conditions are met, could be reduced by Entrepreneur’s Relief.

The fair value of the shares is negotiated with HMRC if you are a private company. Subject to certain technical considerations, the exercise price may, should you so wish, be set at zero. This has the effect of removing any downside risk for the employee.

You can attach individual performance conditions to both the grant and exercise of each option, so Enterprise Management Incentives could be used as a powerful short or medium-term incentive. Although most employers impose a minimum limit of two or three years, there is no statutory minimum period before the options can be exercised. There will normally be a maximum exercise period of 10 years, although this can be shorter at your discretion.

Although companies operating an Enterprise Management Incentive scheme must meet details conditions, as well as make annual returns, there is no need to obtain prior approval from HMRC before establishing the scheme, however the schemes will be subject to inspection by HMRC.

Many private companies will want their employees to be able to covert their shares into cash, without having to sell or float the company. Effectively provided by you, the employer, this could be done through the creation of an internal market in the shares.

The Main Conditions You Need To Meet

Your company must be independent, with gross assets not exceeding £30 million, and also have a permanent establishment in the UK at the date Enterprise Management Incentive options are granted. It must also carry on, or preparing, to carry on a qualifying trade. Qualifying trades are:

    * A commercial business with a view to profit
* Does not consist of excluded activities such as property-backed businesses such as hotels and nursing homes, or dealing in land, financial activities, amongst others.

Each of your employees may be offered options over shares worth up to £120,000 at the date of grant (this is the limit that applies to all options granted within three years). The shares can be non-voting, and must be non-redeemable but may be of any class, with or without restrictions.

Enterprise Management Incentive is limited to £3 million per company worth of shares under option, and is also only available to qualifying companies with fewer than 250 employees.

It’s a normal thing to be feeling, and it’s also healthy. If you are at that stage, then congratulations. You are growing into your own magnificent self and although it may take a few years to get to where you want to be, the first step to making positive changes is to actually verbalize it.

The pattern I see in many moms who are around the age of 40 looks something like this…

    * We have spent the last few years taking care of our kids, and either not working or working at a job that is going nowhere.
* For those who have not been working, we feel like we have lost any skills we used to have and need to start fresh
* We may even feel like we have wasted time, even though bringing up children is the most rewarding job in the world.
* For those who have been ‘working’ at a regular job, we may feel like we just need a change, or that we need to do something that is more fulfilling on a bigger scale.

Many of my friends have personally said to me “I want to change my life” or “I need a change in life”.

The question is… HOW are you going to do that?

You could go back to school and learn new skills OR you could outright creating something of your own.

In my opinion, going back to school only makes sense if it will lead to more time freedom in your life, by doing something that you can basically work for yourself with… like getting a real estate licence or becoming a nutritionist or finding a skill that makes you unique where you can market yourself.

Creating something of your own is a little more vague and scary, but I think it’s a great choice. There are so many ways to create your own income… especially if you learn how to market yourself on the internet.

Learning to market on the internet is going to benefit you in ANY business you choose because it’s the most powerful way to get in front of your specific target market. Whether you are selling houses, building a network marketing company, making your own soap, or contracting yourself out to large companies as a consultant… whatever you choose as your next meaningful life step… I encourage you to keep up with the times, learn how to market yourself online, and really empower yourself to creating the best you you can be.

In an era of unprecedented technology, there is also an enormous amount of stress and chaos in our busy lives. Success is a formula that has many factors, yet this less understood law is often underutilized. Applying the law and using it on a daily basis has enriched countless people and it will be sure to help you too.

The law states: I attract to myself whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to, whether wanted or unwanted. For example, if one ponders the idea of being rich and sees him or herself living a wealthy lifestyle, then money tends to gravitate towards that person. On the contrary, focusing on the bills due, not having enough money to make ends meet, and worries about finances attracts poverty and debt. The subconscious mind tells the conscious mind what to do. When we fill our thoughts with “I can” then eventually the subconscious will do exactly that.

A good way to start using the law of attraction is to actually visualize yourself fulfilling your dreams. If you always wanted to be a professional golf player, then see yourself holding a trophy and people clapping and cheering you on. Visualize a smooth swing of the club and a hole in one.

When we are at rest and meditating on something, we are using the Theta brainwave. This type of thought is similar to hypnosis in which our subconscious becomes extremely susceptible to suggestion. It is good to use positive affirmations in this state. Physically say out loud, “I am a professional golfer and I will win this game.” Suggesting that you are a winner and truly believing it brings actual winning games when the conscious reads from the subconscious.

Sir Isaac Newton said that an object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion. When we take action and put our dreams into motion, this utilizes Newton’s law. Surround yourself with ambitious and positive people who are actively pursuing their goals. Picture a steam train gradually building speed. Positive affirmations and visualizations are the coal that is powering that steam engine. The successful folks around you are contributing their energy by throwing more coal on the fire. Now the train is “full steam ahead” and seems to race ahead with ease. A professional always makes it look easy, and most professionals are using the laws whether they realize it or not.

One of the great benefits of the law of attraction is that you get more of what you show gratitude for. Being thankful brings positive emotions and attracts energy that is even more positive. Simple gestures like saying, “thank you” to your boss can have a profound impact on the overall mood of their day. It is no secret that the happy and successful people of the world use these principles every day. Start right now and transform your life one positive thought at a time.

Today, I would like to address the question of what it means to achieve success in life. So what is success and how can you achieve it?

The first thing to recognise is that success means different things to different people. For me, it is living my life in exactly the way I want, doing what I want, when I want, whilst being completely free from any financial worries. Today, that is exactly how I would describe my lifestyle. I recently gave up my old day job and I now do exactly what I want with my time.

For you, success probably means something different. But, if you are ever to achieve real success in life, the first thing you absolutely must do is to define exactly what that phrase means – for you personally. Now, there is a little caveat that I must make here: for many people, when they think about success they start to, fairly naturally, think about money.

Personally, I don’t think that there is anything wrong with thinking about money. We live within economies that mean that in order to have the things we want, we must first be able to afford them. Money is not an evil commodity intrinsically. We have the opportunity to do a lot of good when we have access to plenty of the stuff.

The problem is that we should not make the pursuit of money our central goal. Now don’t get me wrong here. I don’t think it is wrong to become rich. In fact, I think it is a lot more wrong to become poor. But there are causes and there are effects and the amount of money you have, your financial position if you prefer, is an effect, so that means if you want more of it (not a bad thing) then you need to concentrate not on the money (the effect) but on its causes.

As Wallace D Wattles once put it, when you replicate the causes of success, by the law of cause and effect, you will invariably replicate the effects. Money is a by-product of success. Let that sink in. Don’t make it your primary goal. Instead, find out what you are good at and how you can use that talent that we all possess in some measure, in order to render service to your fellow creatures.

When you can create your own service that returns some amount of income, however small, then the key to your future success is in your own hands. From that point forward, you have a business that is limited only by your own imagination and your work ethic. You use your imagination to refine the process and you apply your work ethic to producing your income.

A word of advice about creating your service: find something that you can do that other people already want. In other words, find an existing demand that you are well-placed to serve. That way, you don’t need to do any selling; only marketing. There’s a big difference. With marketing, you just have to make interested parties aware of your existence. They already want your service, so provided you do it well, there will be no lack of customers.

Let’s look at my business, just as an example, for a moment. The service I render is writing and the people who consume it do so via the internet. I earn revenue through advertising placed on my site by my good friend Ms Google and I also receive donations in return for my book. That’s it – a very simple business model – nothing fancy at all.

Now, don’t get me wrong. It has taken me seven years to get to this point, but nevertheless, that is my basic business model: I write and money flows in; that simple. So how do I increase my income; an effect remember, not a cause? Simple, by engaging in more writing activity and that’s the operation of the law of cause and effect.

So, in summary, when you can determine what service you can render, that is already in demand, that can earn you a return for the time you invest, then your destiny is truly in your own hands. After that, it is down to your imagination, to improve things, and your work ethic to activate the law of cause and effect. Success in life awaits anyone willing to apply these principles.

There was a time when this would happen to me routinely.

I would say to myself “That’s it! From here on I’m going to start eating healthy and lose 25 pounds and I’m going to write four hours every morning, play the mandolin an hour, read for an hour, and then go for a five-mile hike. Oh yea… and I’m going to stop watching so much television every evening.”

Of course, a month later I would get down on myself when I failed to accomplish any of the goals I had set for myself.

I came to realize that I had great goals, the problem was I wasn’t changing any of my behaviors or making choices that would move me toward my goals, and I was setting the bar far too high. I wasn’t shooting for realistic positive change; my goal was A+ perfection.

I was ignoring the reality that perfection is an illusion; that there is no such thing as perfection. Because my goal was 100%, I felt that anything less than perfection was failure. At some level I knew I would never make the goal, so I shut down and quit trying.

I was emotionally quitting before I even got started! I was settling for mediocre… for ho-hum. It’s no wonder I felt unhappy and discouraged.

In time I came to realize that the primitive ego of my inner-child was unconsciously pushing me to achieve perfection so everyone would admire me, and love me.

To feel good about my self I learned early in life that I had to work hard. If I came home with two A’s and one C on my report card everyone would focus on the C. Their well-meaning response would be “You’re smart, if you try a little harder you could get all A’s.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard I worked to accomplish my goals to please those around me, I knew in my heart I could have tried harder! It’s no wonder I felt inadequate and needed to be perfect.

Today, to keep the primitive ego of my inner-child from attempting to run my adult life, I have two basic rules I attach to all of my goals.

Rule number one – I never set a goal for myself without writing down the changes I will need to make in my day-to-day life to accomplish the goal. Doing the same thing today that I did yesterday will not move me toward my goal. I not only write down my goal, I make a commitment in writing to change the routines and behaviors required to achieve the goal.

Rule number two – because I know my inner-child psyche will always set goals that feel too much like perfection, I never set a goal for myself without defining in writing what 80% of that goal would look like.

If my goal is to be successful and happy in life, I have learned that these two rules need to be an essential part of my plan.

Rule number one is intuitive and speaks for itself. But let me explain why I believe rule number two is so important.

Striving for perfection is a childhood habit that contaminates virtually every goal we try to accomplish. So if we are reaching for perfection in one area of our life, it’s almost certain we will be unconsciously reaching for perfection in virtually every other area of our life!

Perfectionism is endemic in our culture and is one of the most dangerous unconscious beliefs we can have because it triggers our fear of failure and shuts down virtually all of our dreams and desires faster than we can dream them.

Until we ask ourselves the right questions, perfectionism is virtually invisible.

For example…

    * Do I tend to get overwhelmed or stressed more than I like to admit to myself?

    * Where do I carry my stress? In my stomach? Headaches? A stiff neck? Over eating? Depression? Joint pain? Back pain? Irritability? Insomnia? Too much alcohol? And are these symptoms impacting my life??

    * Am I comfortable just doing as good a job as I can right now, knowing that I am still growing and learning, and that in time, my “best” will get better as I grow and get more experience and knowledge, or do I worry that my “best” won’t be good enough?

    * Am I comfortable kicking back from time to time celebrating who I am and enjoying my life, or am I always pushing myself to do better, be better, try harder?

Exploring these questions will help you to know if the primitive ego of your inner-child is unconsciously attempting to achieve perfection and trying to take control your adult life.

Fortunately, the cure for perfectionism is simple.

First, get realistic. Put away the Superman or Wonder Woman cape and affirm to yourself that you are a regular human being; that it’s really OK to be “normal”. If we take into account all of our skills, abilities, strengths, and limitations we all excel in some areas and we all have limitations in other areas. In other words, like it or not, we are all “statistically” average.

Second…employ the 80% concept in rule number two above. Achieving 80% of our goal is more realistic and far less intimidating to our self-image and our self-esteem than shooting for “perfection”. When we hit 80% of a goal, we always have the option of establishing a new goal to improve on the 80% we have already achieved.

Of course we need to remind ourselves to only shoot for 80% of the new goal. In other words… you will never reach perfection.

And Third…..Self-awareness is not an option. Breaking the unconscious habit of reaching for perfection is easy when we learn to pay attention to the levels of stress we are experiencing. If we want to achieve our goals, maintain a healthy self-esteem, and achieve happiness in life, awakening and becoming self-aware of our feelings needs to be an intentional part of our day-to-day life.

The spirit of the Divine Impulse to grow and “become” that is part of all creation will keep you growing and evolving… even when your “best” is well short of perfection. You will never achieve the illusion of perfection, but over time, if your commitment to change is authentic, your skills and abilities will continue to grow and improve.

And The Last Thought I Want To Share With You…….Most of us dream way too small and set goals for ourselves that are far too “perfect”. We need to reverse those two desires……..learn to dream much bigger and then work to achieve 80% of those dreams.

Perfectionism is nothing more than a habit….so just replace it with a new habit called 80%.

You’ll be far more successful and happy if you do.

Each of them has the power to destroy your dreams, and lead you into unnecessary suffering, disappointment, and hopelessness.

What’s scary about these words is not only the fact that we tend to be unaware they are embedded in our primitive ego thinking process, but the fact that we use them almost every day of our lives……totally unaware of how harmful they are.

I have spent many years of my life as a therapist and life coach listening to people talk about their lives, why they are unhappy, why success always seems to sit just a few inches beyond their grasp, and why the relationships they have with those around them always seem to be so filled with disappointment and conflict.

In each case, they were unaware that the source of their pain and suffering boiled down to the fact that their worldview, or understanding of how the world functioned, was based on one or more of these eight dangerous words.

When they understood the danger of using these words, and dropped them from their thinking and vocabulary, their lives immediately began to improve.

Let’s take a look at each of these eight words and examine the danger of using them in our lives. In the process we will gain insight into how we can more quickly move toward our dreams of a happier and more successful life.

The first is SHOULD or SHOULDN’T.

“You should eat your vegetables.” You shouldn’t smoke”. Personal “shoulds and shouldn’ts” are almost always grounded in the primitive ego belief that we need to be more “perfect”. Shoulds and shouldn’ts for “others” are always grounded in the primitive ego belief that “we” know better than anyone else in the universe what others “should or shouldn’t” say, think, behave, believe, or do.

Striving for perfection personally, or arrogantly assuming that “we” know how others should live their lives will only create unhappiness and conflict for ourselves and in our relationships with those around us.

Thinking we can change others is an illusion. It immediately makes us powerless and frustrated when others ignore us. The only real power we have in life is the power to change ourselves.

When others change because they fear us, that is not real change. The moment the fear is gone they will revert back to being who they are. Our shoulds and shouldn’ts are always attempts to change the reality of “what is”. Trying to change the universe can make us very unhappy.

BLAME

“My spouse is driving me crazy”. When we blame others for our own feelings, or for somehow “ruining” our lives, we are giving others the power to determine how we feel, and we are avoiding the responsibility of taking charge of our own lives. In either case, blame makes us emotionally and psychologically powerless.

If we have a headache, it doesn’t make any sense to tell the other person they should take an aspirin. Powerlessness is not a good way to achieve happiness or success in life. Powerlessness is an illusion we create for ourselves.

I DESERVE

” I’m a kind person. I deserve to be happy”. This is a powerful emotional feeling. Unfortunately, it’s another illusion that makes us powerless. It’s helpful to ask ourselves….”Really? Why do we deserve something? Who is going to grant our wish because we “deserve” it? Is that written down somewhere? Is it a “rule” of the universe?”

The only way we achieve things in life is because we work to make them happen. We take responsibility to create what we want. Deserving is a dangerous illusion that only makes us powerless and unhappy waiting passively for our wants to be met because we “deserve” to have them met…somehow.

EXPECTATIONS

“My spouse should be loving and kind”. This is one of the most dangerous of the eight words. Our primitive ego is very self-focused and narcissistic. When it “expects” or wants something to be true, it immediately turns the expectation into a reality that “should” come true. When it doesn’t….because others can’t read our mind…..we are disappointed and unhappy.

Our expectation has been created in our mind! It’s an illusion that makes us powerless because others do not have the power to read our minds. Of course the moment we tell the other person what we “expected” of them, we are now back to the word SHOULD above.

ASSUMPTIONS

“I assumed we were cooking on the grill for supper”. An assumption is a close cousin to an expectation. The same rules apply. Again, it is a primary creator of disappointment, unhappiness, and resentment. When we give voice to our assumption we are back in the land of SHOULD again.

REVENGE

“I’ll show them. Nobody should be allowed to treat someone like that!”. Revenge keeps us stuck in the past. As they say, the need for revenge only invites the object of our revenge to take up permanent, rent-free residence in our brain. Revenge makes it impossible for us to move forward and create the life we would like to live because all our emotional energy is consumed thinking about the revenge that we would like to get. Revenge is a powerful way to create a life of unhappiness and frustration. It quickly kills our dreams.

I CAN’T

“I can’t get up in front of an audience and speak. It’s too scary.” I can’t is grounded in the fear of failure born in perfectionism. When we say I can’t do something, it is nothing more than unconscious permission to not even try. We are powerless before the thought has even entered our consciousness. “I can’t” will shutdown success, create unhappiness, and make us powerless.

I’LL TRY

“I’ll try to come to your get together. Or, I’ll try to get the article ready by Friday.” I’ll try is simply a sneaky way of avoiding saying no to another person…. or ourselves. As Yoda once said….”No try….only do.” When we only “try” to accomplish something, we have already given ourselves permission to fail. I’ll try is a close cousin to I can’t, and it always makes us powerless to reach for our dreams.

As they say, if you want to be successful “Just do it!!”.

When these eight dangerous words are no longer part of your vocabulary, your life will be transformed. You can be happy and successful. You just have to give up the illusion of powerlessness and take full responsibility for your feelings, emotions, and behaviors.

So “just do it!”

The more people you introduce to your opportunity, the more money you’ll make. To start generating a steady stream of traffic to your site, try these 7 creative techniques:

1. Write and Distribute Articles, Reports and Ebooks. Internet users are all interested in one thing – information. Use this to promote your business by creating high quality content and allowing others to reprint it for you. One great way to do this is to distribute a brandable ebook or special report. This is one that a website or list owner can change to include a reference to their website. This doesn’t mean that it looks like they are the publisher, it’s just a way for them to include information on where the ebook was downloaded from and (if applicable) to include their affiliate link for your products and services.

2. Participate in Newsgroups, Forums, and Mailing Lists. There are hundreds of forums online and you can find one for almost any topic imaginable. Most allow you to include a signature line that will be attached to every message. This is a chance for you to advertise your site. Visiting these forums to post thoughtful questions and offer your expertise will mean your signature is viewed by others and will bring you free, targeted traffic. Of course how much traffic you get depends on how often you post and whether your signature makes people want to visit your site. A good approach is to use an ad you’ve had success with elsewhere as your signature.

3. Join Networking Sites to Build your Personal Network. Networking sites are designed to make it easy for people to meet others in their industry and to advertise their products and service. Similar to offline networking events where lots of people come together for the sole purpose of meeting people, online networking sites work the same way.

4. Use Classified Sites and Traffic Exchanges. Classified ad sites and traffic exchanges have gotten a bad reputation, but they really do work if you know how to use them. If you’re promoting a product or service that advertisers can benefit from then they’re a great place to get traffic. Although not very many consumers visit this type of advertising sites, lots of website owners do in order to make sure their ad appears on the site. While there they can’t help but notice other ads and if one catches their attention you’re likely to get a visitor.

5. Run a Contest. People love the prospect of winning something – that’s why a contest can be a great traffic generator. The key is to choose a prize that will attract people from your target audience. If you make the grand prize a new laptop you’ll get entries from everyone who would like to win a new laptop (which is basically every computer user in the world!). Get more targeted traffic by choosing something that your target audience is interested in but wouldn’t mean much to other people. To start promoting your contest do a search in Google for “Contest Directories” and you’ll find lots of places to list your contest for free.

6. Include a Powerful Signature on all Outgoing Email. Every time you send a piece of mail you have the potential to get a visitor to your site. Simply create a “signature” that is automatically added to every outgoing message. Use the signature to briefly explain what you do, give your USP or slogan and add a hyperlink to your site. Once it’s set up you don’t have to think about it again!

7. Try Newsletter Classified Ads. There are lots of newsletter publishers who give classified ads to new subscribers. Although these don’t typically bring a huge response, they can generate some traffic if you offer something with a high perceived value but low price tag. They’re also a great way to test new ads to see which ones get the best response. Once you’ve found a winner use it in a PPC campaign, make it your new email signature, run it as a top sponsor newsletter ad or use it as your forum signature.

When things go wrong or don’t go as planned, or when something happens to throw us off balance and doubt ourselves it can be tough to deal with. After all, we all want things to go well and to end up as ‘winners’. But life will always throw challenges at us, and we can’t control everything. Nor should we try. It’s not what happens to you but what you do with what happens to you that makes the difference. Here are three easy ways that you can always come out on top.

1. Focus on Your Strengths

We’re a bunch of contradictions – sorry to break it to you. Sometimes happy, sometimes sad; sometimes hopeful, sometimes pessimistic; sometimes childish and sometimes mature. We also have a whole load of strengths and weaknesses that affect what we do and how we do it, but tend to put more focus on our weaknesses and not our strengths.

A strength is something that you do consistently well or at a near-perfect level of performance – it’s something you’re just able to do, you’re hard-wired to do it well and you get an inherent satisfaction from doing it. It could be tackling and solving complex problems, empathising with people, having a lively imagination or being able to make the perfect omelette.

Focusing on what you do well rather than what you’re not so good at makes all kinds of sense. When you look at what you’re not good at you feel bad about yourself and your ability, but when you focus on and play to your strengths you’re guaranteed to get results, and can even eliminate any negative effect your weaknesses might have.

There was a guy I worked with who hated public speaking and recognised that it was one of his weaknesses. He worked as an advertising executive and as he climbed the ladder he found he had to do more and more presentations – he’d stutter, freeze, forget his point and not perform at his best at all. But when we focused on his strengths we found that he had amazing social skills, an ability to establish great rapport with people in no time at all and had a fantastic sense of humour. Using those strengths he was able to connect easily with each person in his audience, enjoy himself a whole lot more and to deliver presentations that had fun, humour and warmth in them. He used his strengths to overwhelm his weaknesses and went from strength to strength himself.

2. Set Things Up Ahead Of Time

Sure, there will be times when you can just head into something, do brilliantly at it and get the result you were hoping for (normally if you’re playing to your strengths), but other times you might blunder forwards, wing it and not get the result you wanted. Whatever challenges or opportunities you’re facing you’ll stand a much better chance of getting a great result if you set things up to succeed ahead of time.

So what exactly do you want to happen? What solution, outcome or result would be great? Get really clear on the outcome you want from what’s facing you and how it would feel to get the outcome you’re looking for. Then start breaking it down – what can you do to set things up so that your desired outcome happens? What needs to be put in place? What will help to make what you want to happen, happen? And to ensure the best outcome, what are you willing to do?

Whatever faces you, it’s possible to get the result you want by being crystal clear about the kind of result you want and by putting effort into setting things up so that it happens. Look at this way – you’re infinitely more likely to get your most wanted result by putting time or effort into setting things up ahead of time than if you don’t. Your choice.

3. There’s No Such Thing as Losing Anyway

What’s life all about, really? Getting a good job, getting married, feeling valued, having fun? It’s about different things to different people, but to boil it down I think it’s about doing the best we can to have, do and be the best for ourselves and those we care about. Sometimes it’s a struggle and sometimes it’s a joy, but what is constant through it all is our capacity to learn, develop and grow. Humans have an unparalleled ability to learn and adapt, which is exactly why we’re able to do the best we can and find ways to have, do and be more.

That’s why everything you do takes you one step forwards and it’s only by doing one thing, then another and another that the most astounding things in our world came about. As Thomas Edison said while he was on his 207th prototype for the electric light bulb – ‘I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.’ He’s absolutely right – everything you do that doesn’t work out is another tick in another box and another step forwards, because you know one more way not to do something and what not to do next time. You’ll never get to 100% without going from 1% to 99% first.

In all that you do, whether it turns out how you wanted it to or not, there’s the capacity for learning. That means that it’s all part of the process and everything that you do and learn is an important step forwards.

There’s no such thing as losing, only learning and growing. So here’s to your continued success!”

One interesting thing I always noticed over the years is that any personal can be the top income producer within an MLM company and of course sometimes these companies eventually go under. Now if you look even more closely you will then notice that the top income producer will move onto another MLM company and after around 6 months or so he is now the top income earner in his new MLM company. This should now suggest to you that there is a very powerful MLM secret yet to be exposed to you because this has happened many times to many top income producers which tells you there is a reason behind it. The reason behind it is a secret that you have not yet been shown.

When it comes to building an MLM downline there is one thing that just completely passes most people and it is this one thing that could make all the difference to yourself when building your network marketing business. You see building an MLM downling in all honesty comes down to just one element and that one element is yourself. The top income producer I was referral to above may have been around the industry for years and possibly even mastered their skills over that peiod of time whilst gaining experience to benefit them for a lifetime. But also remember the top income producer has also developed a reputation for being a fantastic leader in the network marketing industry and it is your reputation along with your manner that will make the biggest decision as to how well you succeed within network marketing.

A crucial element of building your network marketing business is to approach prospects for your MLM business however when you approach a prospect you must remember that they will not make a decision before checking out your reputation. The information you provide to your prospect about your business opportunity will always be less important to them than your reputation as people will always buy people. Of course if this was a family member, friend or someone who trusts you then their decision would be already made however when they have no idea who you are they will check out your reputation before joining your MLM company.

You have to position and posture yourself as a leader in the industry. Especially when your starting out in the network marketing industry you must demonstrate leadership qualites clearly to those around which can also mean taking control of the conversation from the beginning. Always remember no matter how long you have been with your MLM company even if it is just one week you will always have more experience than the new person who has just entered the network marketing industry today.

Leaders are defined by the law of attraction and as a leader you will draw people to you. In order to attract prospects in this manner you will have to brand yourself effectively on the internet for prospects to them seek you out. All of the above is the reason and secret as to why any top income producer can move from one MLM company to another whilst reminaing a top income producer due to their branding of themselves along with the connections they have made with their prospects.

You will always notice that these top income producers appear on the surface to have built their MLM downline with extremely little effort. The reason for this is because they are very much in the spotlight due to their position of leadership and this gives them credibility making sponsoring so much easier. Not many people will join an MLM company as they will mostly join a sponsor that they feel can lead them to MLM success.

Much of the population has already started to realise that working self employed for themselves is now not anymore risky than working full time in a JOB. It is for this reason alone that the Internet Marketing make money online niche is now continuously growing from strength to strength with more and more people entering the industry everyday.

These new people who are coming into the business for the very first time are in urgent need of a success coach. New members of the Internet Marketing industry need a mentor who can guide them fully through the path to making money online, it is the responsibility of a success coach to take a new member from beginning to internediate and then to advanced level. You have to be able to effectively demonstrate to your new person that you are the person who can show them how to succeed and this will involve at times you having to think back on your experience to assist your new member in overcoming the challenges that lay ahead for them.

To be seriously considered as a success coach you will have to implement four crucial elements.

1. You must have some experience of working from home on the internet making money online. Most new members are going to need to learn from you therefore it is crucial that you gain a wide range of experience making money online. It is important you are branding yourself in order for you and your internet business to bcome popular as this will help you be a popular success coach.

2. The next stage is to have your own website or your very own blog because the main step to success when you have an internet business is having a website and of course as a success coach you will also need a website to use as a place to show or share your knowledge or services to the public. Your website will also ad to your reputation as well as giving prospects a way to easily contact you.

3. I have always found that a prospect will look for you to be knowledgable on the latest trends as well as you creating some that will also be a hit. Internet marketing making money online working from home is all about the latest trend as you may have noticed things on the internet move really fast. If you or your clients internet based business is going to be successful then you have to knwo what the hottest tend is on the internet today and of course creating your own trend will add to your own reputation and brand which in turn will attract prospects to your business.

4. You have to be accessible. The only success coach I have ever come accross that can’t be contacted are those that are simply pretending but instead are in effect running a scam. I know from my experience that sometimes it can be very difficult to keep up with everyone that contacts you but thats the great part about being a success coach is being contactable easily as you have to remember you are the guide for these people.

I sincerely hope this article today has assisted you greatly in exposing to you all the elements required to become a great success coach.
