Blackberry 9700 Bold Review

The Blackberry Bold 9700 is the latest smart phone which offers wide variety of functional as well as entertaining features. The users’ expectations from a mobile are increasing day by day; the Blackberry Bold 9700 proves to be a good option for fulfilling these expectations.

Design
This latest Blackberry phone is sleek and smart with physical dimensions of 4.29 X 2.36 X 0.56 inches. Though the weight of the handset is 4.30ounces but it can be conveniently carried at all locations. The display is also quite impressive with wide 2.44 inches of TFT screen. The resolution of the screen is 480 X 360 pixels which along with 65,000 colours create a vivid viewing experience of files, videos, websites and photos.

The Blackberry Bold 9700 also has full QWERTY keyboard which provides facility of easy and fast typing of mails, messages and other documents. The touch sensitive optical trackpad is one of its striking feature. You have to just slide your finger over the trackpad to scroll through various icons and menus. The slight press along with click allows you to select an item where you wish to navigate. The functioning of this trackpad gives you the similar experience as of working on a laptop.

Network and Connectivity Features
Network and connectivity will not be an issue in this handset as it is provided with latest technology and features. The network of the phone is supported by quad band GSM along with GPRS, EDGE and HSDPA technology. The phone also has hi speed 3G network connectivity which allows you to browse through the web and view your email attachments at fast speed. Its Wi-Fi support enables your handset to have access to the available WiFi hotspots. In order to provide convenient and easy connectivity with all other compatible devices, this set is provided with facility of Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP and USB v2.0.

Multimedia Features
You will enjoy great multimedia features on this set. It has a 3.15 MP camera. The camera will capture all your precious moments as high resolution images. Its LED flash allows taking good quality images even during the night time shots and indoor shots. For the people who are new to the photography and are not familiar with proper handling of the camera there is features of image stabilization and auto focus in the phone. The camera of the handset is also capable of recording video along with still images.

For music lovers, there’s a built-in music player. This player supports audio formats like MP3, AAC, eAAC+ and others.
